TradeNet：世界上第一个国家级单一窗口贸易平台（1989 年建立）。流程：注册 UEN→激活海关账户→提交进口申报→获取进口许可证→缴纳 GST→提货。大多数许可证在 10 分钟内获批。

¤关税与税费

●

新加坡关税——近乎零

新加坡仅对 4 类产品征税：啤酒、烈酒、烟草、机动车。所有其他商品（含所有电子产品）：0% 关税。新加坡是 ITA 成员，但已无实质意义（所有商品已为 0%）。FTA：CSFTA（中国，2009 年）、USSFTA（美国，2004 年）、JSEPA（日本，2002 年）、EUSFTA（欧盟，2019 年）、KSFTA（韩国，2006 年）、RCEP、CPTPP。共签订 27 个以上 FTA。

新加坡 GST——9%

GST 税率：9%（自 2024 年 1 月 1 日由 8% 上调）。以（CIF + 关税）为基础计算。自 2023 年 1 月起，低价值进口（不超过 SGD 400）也须缴纳 GST。GST 已登记企业可申请进项税额抵扣。大出口商计划（MES）：可递延进口 GST。

新加坡产品安全（CPSO）

33 类受管制家用电器须取得 CPSO 安全标志。大多数电子产品：无强制认证要求。电信设备：须取得 IMDA 型式认证。与欧盟/美国/印度/中国相比，新加坡认证负担极低。
