US opens comments on proposed 1.14% dumping margins for Thai passenger and light-truck tyres
On October 9, 2026, Commerce published preliminary results of its 2024–2025 review of Thai passenger vehicle and light-truck tyres, proposing a 1.14% dumping margin for Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) and the non-examined companies covered by the review. Case briefs are due within 21 days of publication, with rebuttals due five days after the case-brief deadline. New cash-deposit rates would apply only upon publication of final review results.
