US seeks comments on proposed 3.98% subsidy rate for SRF's Indian PET film
Commerce's October 14, 2026 preliminary countervailing duty review results propose a 3.98% subsidy rate for SRF Limited's Indian polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip for the 2024 review.
