Commerce's October 29, 2026 notice continues the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on covered Chinese non-refillable steel cylinders, effective October 14, 2026. CBP will continue collecting cash deposits at the rates in effect when goods enter; seamless cylinders are excluded from the orders.

The October 29, 2026 UFLPA Entity List update adds BGI Genomics Co., Ltd., MGI Tech Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen BGI Technology Co., Ltd. Goods made wholly or partly by listed entities are subject to a rebuttable presumption of forced labor and prohibited from US importation under that presumption.
