US lowers residual Canadian softwood-lumber subsidy rate to 12.80%
Following a NAFTA panel decision, Commerce's November 3 notice lowers the Canadian softwood-lumber all-others countervailing rate from 14.19% to 12.80%, applicable October 29, 2026. Revised deposit instructions cover only companies without a superseding deposit rate.
