On October 20, 2026, the UK removed notice 2026/29 suspending countervailing duty on certain Chinese excavators under a new exporter review and stated that it no longer applies. Notice 2025/11 remains the published definitive countervailing-duty measure.

Commerce's October 20, 2026 correction specifies that provisional antidumping measures on dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan and Türkiye ended May 3, 2025. Covered entries from May 4 through May 14, 2025 are to be liquidated without antidumping duties; suspension of liquidation and cash-deposit collection resumed May 15, 2025.
