US seeks comments on proposed 90.80% Vietnam-wide dumping margin for stainless steel pressure pipe
On October 13, 2026, Commerce published preliminary results of its July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025 review of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Vietnam, proposing a 90.80% dumping margin for the Vietnam-wide entity. Case briefs are due within 21 days of publication, with rebuttal briefs due five days after the case-brief deadline. Any cash-deposit rates established by this review would apply only upon publication of final results.

US suspends customs liquidation for goods from Mexico's Carolina Performance Fabrics facility
On October 13, 2026, USTR requested Mexico's review of alleged labor-rights violations at Carolina Performance Fabrics in Guanajuato under the USMCA Rapid Response Labor Mechanism. The United States suspended liquidation of unliquidated entries of goods from this facility, which makes high-performance automotive textiles. Mexico has 10 days to agree to a review and, if it agrees, 45 days from October 13 to complete it.
