3. Follow the company’s review
Open the final review notice and confirm the producer/exporter and period. An order’s original date or an initial rate does not establish today’s cash deposit requirement.
AD and CVD are separate cases. Cash deposit rates can vary by producer, exporter and review period; this tool does not calculate a shipment’s AD/CVD rate or add a generic rate to HTS/301/232 duties.

Why can the same product have an A- and a C- case?
A- identifies an antidumping case and C- a countervailing duty case. They are distinct proceedings, so check the scope and notices for each case returned.
Is the review link a rate for every supplier?
No. A final review can address specific producers, exporters or periods. Open the linked notice and the latest Commerce/CBP instructions for the entry in question.
Can a third-country route rule out a case?
No. This origin filter is a retrieval aid and does not decide origin or circumvention. Check the current scope and relevant circumvention decisions for the actual supply chain.
